Typically, we look to acquire substantial or majority stake in established small to middle market companies with proven track records and growth potentials with annual revenues between US$10 million to US$150 million. Other important factors include the strength of balance sheet, quality of management team, the corporate governance and social impact for the company concerned.
An example of our investment in this sector is a BSA Land. It is currently the largest affordable real-estate developer in Indonesia with over 30 projects span across Indonesia.
